Neil Butler joins as our new President & CEO; Cowlitz River Consulting joins the Pacific Ally family

Neil Butler is the President and CEO of DocuDriven. He holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and has earned both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and HR Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
With extensive experience as a Management Consultant and Director of Operations, Neil has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing operations. His strategic acumen and leadership skills are key to steering DocuDriven towards success.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his family, reading, writing, and hiking. His diverse interests and well-rounded approach contribute to his innovative and effective leadership style.
Bruce Randall is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at DocuDriven, bringing extensive experience from his lifelong connection to the Pacific Northwest. He has held key roles as a Corporate Officer, President, and Account Executive in various Washington-based companies.
Bruce is known for his dedication to fostering client relationships with integrity, focusing on customized solutions that address each business’s unique needs. His commitment to understanding clients’ distinct requirements has been instrumental in driving DocuDriven’s growth and success.
Outside of his professional life, Bruce is a devoted husband to Laurie, with whom he has shared over 40 years of marriage. Together, they have raised five children and are proud grandparents to 17 grandchildren. A nature enthusiast and committed family man, Bruce embodies a deep connection to the region he calls home.
Daniel Grove is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DocuDriven, driving the company’s technological innovation. With a background in Software Development Management from the University of Maryland University College and Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
He is known for his ability to develop cutting-edge, customized solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As a certified Accounts Payable Solutions Consultant through the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM), Daniel also enhances financial operations, adding substantial value to DocuDriven’s services.
Outside of his professional role, Daniel lives in Ridgefield, Washington, with his wife, Mindy, and their four children, balancing his commitment to innovation with his dedication to family.
